Speed and Agility Training @ Club 90 Studio

Speed and agility training drills will test the stamina of the trainee. The time one can keep up the training with same force and speed will determine the original strength. These drills are designed in such a way to improve the overall leg and tendon strength. Muscle strength will be built and it will teach how to contain the inner strength, use it for maximum effect. Techniques like forward drills, backward drills, cone drills, jump drills, dot drills, and hurdles will be used to test the speed and agility.
